First, the start of these issues was the Bowling
Green, Ohio, police confrontation. Being illegally attacked by
the police is a good introduction to the real ethics of the current Ohio
legal system. I complained about the illegal conduct when it happened
but no one would listen to a "crazy man". It might make some people
upset that I am now protesting in Bowling Green, Ohio, because of what
happened.
I would have criminal charges filed against the state of Ohio for "Menacing by Stalking" if I thought anyone would take it seriously. Evidence against the state is on the state breaking law webpage. It appears to be ok for representatives of the state to act like criminals and knowingly engage in "a pattern of conduct that causes mental distress". This applies to the Bowling Green Prosecutors office in particular, the courts secondary for supporting the conduct.
Other laws are more clearly violated by the state of Ohio. Both
the Bowling Green and Marion Ohio Common Pleas courts violated and allowed
violations of the ADA, civil rights,
due process, and rights protected in the U.S. Constitution. I have
complained to hundreds of Ohio lawyers about these issues and none of them
seem to be concerned. Is there a culture of corruption in Ohio law?
Is the Ohio Legal System a "sham legal process" in regards to mental illness?
Ohio Courts are required to know about mental illness and related law as part of: 1.) the code of ethics, 2.) civil rights, 3.) the ADA, 4.) due process, and 5.) protected rights in the U.S. constitution. So how do you explain what happened on the state breaking law web page?
When I was diagnosed with mental illness, someone should have warned
me about practical issues. No one told me about the ADA, the Americans
with Disabilities Act. No one told me that I might suffer stigma
or how destructive it would be. I never had any idea of how evil
the world can be with issues of mental illness.
